Shipping & Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. But if something isn’t right, let us know and we will refund your purchase. You may return it with your original packing slip within 30 days and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less the shipping and handling. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging.

 

 

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, it will be necessary to process your return for a refund followed by a new order. Shipping charges may apply for changes processed by mail.

Defective Products

Cuddling Mother and Child is committed to making only quality products for sale. Any product with a quality defect can be returned for a full refund by following the guidelines.

We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price on a Cuddling Mother and Child Gift Card.

Customers should use an insured mail service. We cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Once we receive your shipment, we’ll issue a credit in your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. Allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
